Lang’s Fishing Adventures are Fraser River Fishing Guides that has been around for a few years, noticing that all of their business was created by word of mouth and not their site. Not only were they not attracting any new customers through their website, but they couldn’t seem to get noticed by Google. When the owner contacted us, we noticed that his Joomla-based site was full of serious issues and set-up wrong, but Joomla itself was preventing Lang’s site from seeing any rankings better than page 6 in Google.

We took at look at his traffic stats and noticed that the only way people found his site, was if they typed in “Lang’s Fishing Adventures” in a search engine. That’s when we knew we had a serious problem that needed to be resolved.

The only way you’ll gain new customers from your site is if they can find you by searching for the products and services you offer. In Lang’s case, he needed to be found for search terms such as, “Fraser River Fishing Guides”,”Vancouver fishing guide”,”Fraser River fishing” and more.

After converting his site and working on the SEO, we noticed a sharp increase in traffic. Not just any traffic, but people were searching and finding Lang’s site using a wide variety of terms and phrases.
